Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please provide at least 24hrs notice to avoid a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who “no show” will be charged the full value of the treatment. Clients with multiple cancellations and reschedules may be asked to pay a deposit for future bookings. We are aware this may seem strict, however, we cannot stress how big of an impact no-shows are to a small business and we appreciate your continued support, thank you.
